Angel the Goat

Angel, so named as she is the sweetest, most affectionate and trusting little soul, yet she has every reason to be the opposite.

At just a few weeks old, some cruel person suspended her upside down by one leg and left her hanging there to die, hidden in a bush on a remote country lane.

Thankfully, a sharp eyed motorist spotted something odd looking and stopped to investigate - Angel was saved! She was brought to Hillfields and is recovering well, her damaged leg is healing and she can frolic with the other young animals at the sanctuary. She definitely had her very own Guardian Angel watching over her that day!
